E-Collar failed to pair with transmitter
I bought these e-collars in June and they no longer work. I only used 1 collar and it worked relatively well. I agree with other reviewers that the electrocution is very powerful even on the lowest settings. That's why I only ever used the vibration mode. I tried to pair the second transmitter and lost pairing with the first collar and now I can't pair with either collar. I reset the transmitter as instructed and now both collars are unresponsive. I've only had them for 3 months. If the manufacturer reads this review, please respond. Is there a replacement guarantee?
