Destroyed lightbulbs and fan motor failed in less than a year.
For some reason this fan burns out ordinary lightbulbs after a few days. Some light bulbs wouldn't even last a day. I double and triple checked the wiring to make sure it wasn't a wiring issue on my end. I finally bought an LED light bulb that works without any problems. However, just a few weeks after I started using the LED lamp, the fan stopped working. I checked the wiring again to make sure it's ok, but only the fan motor failed. Now the fan motor just makes a dull hum without actually turning.
