Review on SolidShip by Justin Herman

The best thing about this program, in my opinion, are its capabilities to automatically upload labels into their database as well as label print out when you need them! It allows us to manage our customer's shipments without having an employee at each location every day or even once per week (which we used to do before). Being able to track packages through multiple carriers from one screen has saved me so much time tracking down where they have been sent by mistake; which was happening quite often with previous programs I had seen previously - being that it would be difficult if not impossible to find specific information online regarding your shipment details unless of course someone else happens upon some old receipts somewhere along the way. Also there were times where certain customers couldn't get updates within 24 hours after uploading new info via website form due to error messages/timeouts etc., but since using solid ship all these problems seem like things left behind years ago now :) There isn’t anything really bad i can say about the software other than perhaps how sometimes when trying to edit something such as address detail could take up more space then necessary? But overall everything seems pretty smooth going :D Would love nothing better than seeing improvements made over future versions too!! Definitely recommend checking it out especially considering what benefits The most helpful feature is the integration with UPS. It is easy to use and has a lot of features. I wish it was possible to have a live chat with a customer service representative. SolidShip is a great tool for all companies shipping internationally. It is very easy to use and has a lot of features. The integration with UPS is very helpful and I am able to use the tracking information.
