I started struggling with back pain a few years ago and I've been at home since the start of the quarantine. I had never worn indoor shoes before and my back got so bad I had to try something to fix it. I even bought a new bed. I can honestly attest that these shoes have changed my life. Abe has been wearing them for about a week and my back pain has just gone. I will say my legs are exhausted and a little sore m. I attribute this to the fact that my back did all the work of being barefoot and on my feet chasing the baby every day, and the leg muscles suddenly do their work. The arch support felt a bit too strong at first, but I quickly got used to it. Nothing has ever worked as quickly and efficiently for me as with these running shoes. I would recommend them to anyone with back pain.
