The Ninja C60026 Foodi NeverStick Stainless 10 1/4-Inch Fry Pan is pretty amazing The nonstick coating has yet to fail me even with the most sticky and syrupy sauces. The pan wipes clean with hot soapy water and a rag. It is dishwasher safe but to preserve the nonstick coating I generally wash by hand. The surface of the pan is not exactly smooth but has a gritty surface which took some getting used to. I am really impressed with the ability to be able to use metal utensils on it and it not scratch it though I must admit I am a little shy and do use metal gently even though it says it is safe. The pan is gorgeous and looks beautiful and it is lighter then the premium version of the never stick line. All in all it is a great durable pan! I'd love to get the full set.
