I bought this because I needed something to carry my dog supplies back and forth to our cabin when we run up the mountains and it turned out to be so cute I can use it for other goals as well. This is a perfectly adequate size, not a mini bag like many of these types of shoulder bags, but a true 12 x 12 (give or take) bag. It has many internal pockets and is great for a tablet or other device. Love the fabric, the camouflage print is fun, the lime green upper is cute, the lining is bright orange which I really like and the neoprene feels nice. There are 2 things that keep me from giving 5 stars and those are the strap and the zipper. The strap is cute enough, with butterflies all over it, but it's that detail that makes it instantly feminine, and really, this bag shouldn't have been purely feminine if it wasn't for the strap. I'm a woman and I don't particularly like a strap with butterflies all around, a plain black, green or camper strap, something fitting and meaningful would be much more desirable and practical. As for the zipper, it's actually silly placement of the zipper, this bag doesn't open at the top, it opens 2 inches at the top through the big black zipper. I want it to open from the top. Apart from these details I like this bag very much and I will get a lot of use from it.
