This is such a handy knitting book! I've always wanted to knit Nordic, so I was interested in this book. I consider myself an experienced knitter and have seen many different knitting books. What I love about this book is the easy-to-follow instructions, great photos, and a wide variety of projects from iPhone cases to sweaters. Each pattern also had its own color chart. The hat patterns were amazing! I learned about knitting from this book. First of all, be careful when choosing the color of the coat. Whole balls of yarn placed next to each other don't provide the right contrast, when used in a Nordic knitting project. Take a picture and look at it in black and white to see the contrast. In addition, Nordic knitwear is very warm because it insulates thanks to a double layer of yarn. There was a helpful spoke conversion chart as well as a glossary of terms. I highly recommend this book to knitters of all levels. I would like it in printed form.
