Causes iPad screen residual stress and microcracks
Two brand new iPad Air (2020 model) screens suddenly developed microcracks overnight as a result of this incident. Little did I know that when my first iPad had a cracked screen, Apple replaced it with another brand new iPad under warranty. I put a new iPad in this screen and voila, a hairline crack the next morning! This case seems to create residual stresses on the iPad screen, causing a micro-crack. I have another replacement, thanks to Apple. I don't risk installing a third iPad in this case. Seller, can you replace the product or refund the money as the return period has expired according to Revain CSR.
