I’ve tried several corsets and waist trainers. This is by far the most comfortable and well fitting. I wear primarily in sauna. I like that is has the proper fitting forum stubborn back fat as well. Nice overall effect for Waist training and slimming down. I’m 165 and medium fits perfect
