I used to buy wall lights but never had to splice wires or use electrical tape. I don't know what a discharger is. The wire coating on each joint was worn when I checked it the day I received it. It is difficult to route the wires in the tunnel of each connection. Can't decide if it's worth keeping, doing something wrong. Instructions are in broken English and sometimes difficult to understand, such as "Use a drill to make holes to drive dowels into the wall".
