Absolutely amazing! This review was written by a woman with multiple joint problems including subluxation of the neck, shoulders, hips and spine. I've bought every neck and support pillow, including body pillows, known to man and have never found one that works on its own. After purchasing the adjustable bed, I still had 8 pillows on my side. I carried them from room to room to sew, read, or watch TV. Then they went back to bed. I took a chance and bought a U-shaped pillow from Meiz after reading the reviews and comparing it to similar pillows. And I'm so glad I did! Because I sleep on my side and use this pillow, I don't have to readjust my pillows every time I roll over. The long arms bend to support my arms, shoulders and knees and I no longer need a pillow for my head. 8 pillows I've used? In the cupboard. The long armrests and backrest provide support in my favorite chair for lifting books or sewing. Side armrests support arms and elbows; The upper U keeps my back from resting on an uncomfortable surface. microfiber cover is soft; the filling is also soft, but supports very softly. It's big, but if it wasn't there it wouldn't support your limbs from head to toe. A big plus for me was the washable cover that came with the pillow; For most other pillowcases, the covers cost over $20 extra. I don't get paid to say things like that. I'm just so happy I finally found what I've been looking for - for decades!
