Refresh! The seller was very nice. I was outside the return window and they let me come back for a full refund. Very good customer service, good quality steam mop, just didn't suit me. The vapor produced by this machine is excellent. Like no other steam mop I've had but there are so many other cons it's not worth it! First, it doesn't actually "clean" the floor. If there's a stain or something sticky, I literally have to press my foot onto the mop's head while walking over the stain. No matter how slowly you go, the stain won't go away with steam alone. The design of the head doesn't put enough pressure on the ground. The cable is very short. So you either have to constantly unplug it when moving from place to place (doesn't even cover the whole room) or use an extension cord and then the device gets stuck in the cord permanently. It's inconvenient for me to carry the base with me. I've used stick mops and found them to move much better. It keeps sticking everywhere. Doesn't make it easy to use. I've used a few attachments to see if it's worth it for uses other than my floors, but that didn't impress me either. The small crevice hose doesn't really clean. Like I said, the amount of steam is impressive, but not enough power to wipe anything. Finally, the device gets VERY hot. I have young children and it's just not safe with them. Pros: Lots of steam Large water tank Cons: Short cord Inconvenient to maneuver Doesn't stain the floor Feels very hot on the unit Overall it's just super uncomfortable. My whole house is tile so I mop it often. And although I've been through a steam mop every 2 years because they broke, I think they were worth it because it takes so much effort to clean floors with this thing. So annoyed that I missed the return window by 2 days. I hope the seller makes an exception as I am very disappointed with this steamer.
