AMAZING OIL CAP CHOICE FOR SOME YAMAHA MOTORCYCLES💫I have to start my review by stating that it is our fault for not carefully reading the product description which clearly states "Fits SOME Yamaha models” is indicated. Models - ☆ We have an older Yamaha YZF R1 that didn't fit properly! However, this Summit Motorcycle Oil Cap {replacement} appears to be a well thought out and designed product that looks well made! Its bright orange color catches the eye and is an attractive shade that looks great. The product is light in weight when held, which is better than some we've seen. It appears to be made from a hardened aluminum alloy and then coated in bright orange. The measurement window is covered with a very transparent piece of thick plastic material to the touch. It feels extremely durable and sits securely in place. The thermometer itself has a very easy to read temperature. Numbers with Celsius {C°} in black and Fahrenheit {F°} in red! Green, yellow and red visually represent the oil temperature and are accurately displayed in the numerical parts of the temperature gauge. All black lines are sharp and clear, very easy to see. A bright red needle is attached like an hour hand. Doesn't seem like cheap production! The black rubber O-ring seals the oil cap on the motorcycle without air intake! The top of the EZ-Grip allows for comfortable and easy opening and closing without worrying about burns from overheated oil or a freshly heated bike. We were wrong. Try replacing the motorcycle's original oil cap with this one. However, since it wasn't made for his model of motorcycle, it certainly didn't fit properly! I NEED TO READ MORE CAREFULLY!💫 ONE MORE 💫 This is a very well made and stylishly designed engine oil cap for some models of Yamaha motorcycles! I recommend reading the description of this product to make sure it will fit your motorcycle before purchasing.
