Review on Efficient Thermal Label Printer for Commercial Packaging & Shipping Supplies by Dana Mahendra

I bought this printer to easily print shipping labels from home. As advertised, this printer is compatible with most major shipping companies. Unfortunately it isn't. It was easy to set up and install, but when it came time to print the label, over 30 gibberish labels were wasted. Not at all like a paid and created shipping label. I contacted the label and explained the situation. While their tech support was very helpful, they explained to me that the printer driver is a "generic" driver and not actually made by the software company as Itari claims. Second, this company has never heard of this printer. She found it very interesting as she made sure that Itari's advertising was compatible with their services. After about 1.5 hours of troubleshooting, wishing, hoping and praying that it would work, we tried reprinting the label and it's back again, wasted labels and printed gibberish. I am shipping time sensitive materials/goods. This printer is a huge waste of time. Buyer Warning!
