I should have researched before buying. I can't even find a website for this "brand" (kapok). Tried it within 30 days of receipt. Everything seemed fine. I ended up using it for the purpose I bought it for within 60 days. I was able to connect 2 displays (monitor and TV) to my laptop and play the audio through the TV. But after 1 hour it was very hot and just worked. You need to disconnect, wait for it to cool down and reconnect. The product description states a return period of 60 days. False advertising in my opinion. I contacted Raven. They said that the return to technical support; that would essentially be for a guarantee right? For such a simple product, this is actually (or should be) a guarantee. The answers in the product list state that no driver is required; it is plug and play. The laptop I'm using is a less than 6 month old HP $1200 so it's not a laptop. The Revain representative told me that the manufacturer would contact me. It was yesterday. This review will be published until the situation is corrected. [EDIT] Revain allowed returns and reservations. I will leave a review here to help others.
