Acupoint: A Disappointing Fitness Equipment Store

My interactions with Acupoint lead me to believe that the company does not live up to its claim that it gives customers the ability to take charge of their own health and fitness. In my capacity as a reviewer, I was dissatisfied with both the quality of their strength training equipment and the assistance they provided to customers. In spite of their assurances that the equipment would be of a high quality, I was sent goods that were both badly manufactured and faulty. Because of the uneven casting of the weight plates and the flimsiness of the bars, they were difficult to utilize in a safe manner. This is inexcusable for a corporation that takes pleasure in assisting individuals in accomplishing their fitness objectives, and it should not be allowed to happen. In addition, I attempted to get assistance from Acupoint's customer support staff, but I discovered that they were unresponsive and unable to provide any assistance when I contacted them. It would appear that the corporation is more concerned with maximizing its profits than with ensuring that its clients have access to the service they require. In general, Acupoint does not meet my standards for dependable and high-quality strength training equipment, thus I would not suggest it to anyone. As a reviewer, I can tell with absolute certainty that they do not live up to their promises of providing individuals with the tools necessary to take charge of their own health and fitness.

Pros
  • Providing people with the tools they need to take charge of their own health and fitness
Cons
  • Shipping internationally can be pricey.
