This is the worst product! Do NOT BUY! It makes the loudest noise and for a small municipal office it is highly distracting when the last one we had since the early 90's made no sound at all except when the minutes ticked by. The first one we received I sent back because of the constant mechanical noise issue and got a replacement thinking something happened with it in shipping. The second one was quiet to begin with; but as the days went by, the mechanical noise has gotten even louder than the first one we received. Unfortunately, the return window has closed or I would send this one back also! If the manufacturer wants to do the right thing; please contact me through Revain and arrange to have this time clock returned. The only good thing is it is keeping time for now. So incredibly disappointed! They sure don't make them like they used too!
