Rides up my boobs: my feedback

This thing rides up my boobs instead of staying under them where it belongs. Is it because the shoulder straps are short and nonadjustable? Is it because the band is nonadjustable and no designed to be snugger under the breast?It is all of these things.Buy a regular sports bra, not this shapeless weak thing.
