Just what I needed to remove dirt from the windows of a high rise building that hadn't been washed outside in over 4 years. A picture is worth a thousand words. The left window is dirty, the right window has been cleaned. It took a bit of practice, but after the third window I felt like I got the hang of it. The hardest thing for me is separating the pieces if/when they stick together during handling. I am very thankful for the rope on my finger because one day it came loose due to my too quick reaction. I panicked for a second as we are on the 26th floor but it works. Have already recommended it to my neighbors. Update: I've been using it like crazy for the past 3 days and I'm even happier with this product, box by box. Some tips to share on what to do differently than the instructions and I found this works GREAT for hard to reach or even inaccessible exterior windows that you can't even get water or grout on (we have a few of these in our apartment ). Here's what we do: We go through one pane at a time with all of these steps before moving on to another. 2) If the window is particularly dirty, rinse the cloth well and repeat step 1.3) Rinse the cloth thoroughly with all the cleaning solution, blot and wipe the window again. 4) Rinse the fabric and wring it well (it's best to wring it out by rolling it in a towel so it's as dry as possible) and give it a final wipe to remove streaks . .It takes 3 (or 4) rounds per window, but it's worth it!
