Cider Days for Homebrewing and Winemaking

I ordered this for my friend after we harvested 45 pounds of apples. It's the exact same kit as the Williams Sonoma and for a PART of the cost (especially including shipping!). This set had everything you needed (except a cider press, but you can buy ready made cider too). It was much easier than looking for all the necessary tools. It takes 10 days to ferment so we haven't tried it yet, but for its simplicity (and repeatability of use. 3 packs of yeast) I'm sure it would make a great beginner brewer.
