Overall, I find this toner to be super effective for adding a first layer of moisture moisture to my dehydrated and somewhat sensitive skin. This works well as my first step after cleansing and, at this point, would really miss it if I were to ever run out! I like that it is still liquid but thick enough that it doesn't run through my fingers, which means I don't waste/lose product by using cotton pads. I find that ampoules, serums, essences (including the Cosrx Snail Mucin), moisturizers, and oils all layer and work well over this toner. I can't attest to the anti-aging and wrinkle care it claims to provide, but it does indeed leave skin looking radiant and supple. I don't see the Mizon Collagen Power Lifting Toner often discussed in skincare communities, but I would definitely recomment this!
