You get what you pay for!
This wasn't what I expected at all. The beads are VERY stretchy so it is impossible to measure actual weight loss by stretching the beads. They don't stay in place, they roll up and down all the time. The quality is as if a group of school kids made them and decided to sell them. I'm not that happy with them. I'd rather pay a little more and have better quality. I think you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and buy them elsewhere. Read reviews!
