I really wanted this to work as the TV manufacturers don't seem to see the value for the customer in providing a quality sound when they buy them and I wanted my soundbar to rotates with mine. It was installed on a kitchen/dining room TV on an arm mount on a 32" Sam D-Series Vizio TV with Walmart's Bose Solo 5. The speaker is light enough that I was able to mount the brackets without taking everything with me. below and didn't need the smaller arms included for different angles. Washer from the outside through the square hole on one end of the lever. I then unscrewed the top left screw of the TV mounting plate from the TV. Using a small plastic washer on the inside of the lever and a larger washer between the head of the screw and (yellow and red circles above in 2nd picture) I loosely attached the left arm to the TV. Then I did the same on the right side. I then centered the speaker on the TV and tightened all 4 screws. It will likely slip off over time, but is there a way to install directly into additional holes in the mounting plate where I could use a lock washer to prevent this. If so, I might have to do it. The schematic is very flexible, so I find it useful in many situations. Installation took no more than 20 minutes and it works great for me.
