Review on New HP J7934G Jetdirect Ethernet HEWJ7934G by Mark Cannon

Used vs new but the seller (USA Printer Company) was very responsive. The item I received was used with configuration information in a previous owner's store. This made setup difficult as I assumed these were the factory settings. I emailed the seller on Sunday and received a call back on Monday. He apologized and offered to help me set it up. By then I figured it out and the card was working in my printer and I didn't want to exchange it for a new card. The seller offered me a partial refund for the product I used and my issues and I accepted this as reasonable compensation. I am satisfied with the performance of the product and very satisfied with the seller's support service.
