Sometimes, after being installed on the container, the "mixer" began to knock with its blades on the protective casing - a consequence of non-precision manufacturing of the casing and an insufficiently clear system for fixing the casing on it. While I'm treating it by stuffing a wire between the case and the casing, but generally speaking, it's extremely unpleasant. 2. Basically, it keeps the temperature exactly, but sometimes some kind of glitch slips through that the thermometer shows the temperature for a second less than the actual temperature by a couple of degrees - accordingly, the heating element cuts in for a while and raises the water temperature by a couple of degrees for a short time. If your container has a lid and is well thermally insulated (and it should be so to reduce energy consumption), then it will take a couple of minutes to return to the set temperature. I don’t know how critical this is and how much the changed temperature manages to penetrate deep into the product.
