After I had to return the last pair of headphones (different brand) to Revain because the volume/start/stop buttons sometimes worked and sometimes didn't and sometimes "worked"" When I'm not powering them, they're great! The cord is heavy so it doesn't get tangled in my pocket. The sound quality is okay, although I mostly listen to podcasts, that's not what I'm looking for. But the most important thing is that while I'm cycling I can turn the volume up or down, start or stop my program, or answer calls without even touching the phone. It doesn't seem like too much of a requirement, but after working with the set, it does I returned, I'm glad they're ready to use right out of the box and seem solid enough to last a long time.
