With this purchase, the range in my household has increased significantly, and now our devices are available in our 2600 square meter range. Feet always work well. As for the breakup, I haven't had moments of dissatisfaction yet. I also have a 90 day warranty on this repair to keep me busy and it gives me peace of mind. Overall very happy with this product. It took about 3 minutes to complete the firmware installation and only 10 minutes from opening the box to going online. After that I will never go back to an ISP provided router and am very happy to see Wi-Fi being used more. My phone, like all other devices, achieves the same speeds as my computer when connected to Ethernet, but they are connected via WiFi. I have tested this speed using many different internet speed resources provided by Google and the Netgear app which is paired with the Nighthawk. For reference we have 4 phones, 3 iPads, 3 smart TVs and a security system that plugs into a dedicated Netgear power strip. There are no problems with the Internet yet, just luck. As long as it stays that way for the next 90 days, the family plans to keep it for several years. I will continue to monitor the internet connection. Edit: Changed from 5 to 1 star. After a week, the connection to my home devices kept dropping after a couple of router resets. I really wanted this router to be everything it was advertised to be. but has always been wary of connectivity issues, as some reviews suggest. I will look for another router.
