I like how easy it was set up - no technical background needed! There were many features available out of box but they could have been better explained by UI/UX team (I think).

It took me several tries before getting used with its functionality as well because there wasn't much help material in this space which may be due lack or resources from your side? But overall great product & support service so far!! Good luck if you are looking into Online Reputation Management solution- keep trying them until we find something perfect :) We got rid off negative comments posted about our products / services through web crawler approach using different keywords over time alongwith manual removal process where people just delete comment without realizing what's going wrong etc., So now Reviews Igniter has helped us reduce such issues significantly within few days itself after implementation :D.
