I have a hairless guinea pig named Humphrey and I have to say he loves this bed! Being hairless he is cold and I often find him completely buried with only his head sticking out! This is by far his favorite place to sleep. I didn't hang him, I just kept him in a cage because he's only 3 months old so he couldn't reach him, but sitting in the cage does the same job. At first I was worried that he might try to chew it but so far this hasn't happened and I wash it and replace it with another one every 3 days to clear it up. The down can be machine washed in cold water and air dried and the down stays great! I will be buying a third OE just because I love washing and swapping every few days! Absolutely worth the price!
