I believe these shoes were designed by someone who had never seen a human foot and really just read a description somewhere. For example, they *kinda* have the right shape, but are too big for the actual foot compared to the length. I wear ladies 10 in regular shoes and 11 in sneakers. I ordered a women's size 10 and ended up having my toes pinched but still loose on the leg itself. I ordered some 10M/12W for my husband so I tried them on and while the length was ok the width/height was weird . So I ended up with 9M/11W and they're still too short, albeit oddly wide. I bought these to be easy on and off when camping and they do the job so I kept them but really wish they would fit differently. FWIW I have bought crocodiles for myself, my husband and my young daughter and we all have the same complaint but I have bought classic crocodiles for my son and they seem to fit.
