The best part of datalignce platform for me was that it has an end to end solution, from onboarding new employees till managing their career growth. I like how easy this tool makes my job as HR manager very simple by providing all required features at one place. There are some minor issues which can be improved upon but overall its good product with great support team available 24/7. If you want your organization's recruitment process should have better visibility then only you will feel satisfaction after using such platforms. Recruitment process made easier due to centralized database where any employee related information could easily accessed anytime anywhere through mobile or web browser without going back home / office etc.
