Review on Leadership Connect by Paul Rose

This is one of my favorite software tools to use when searching resumes that I receive or find online! It's very easy, simple and user friendly with search filters so you can narrow down your results quickly as they're showing each resume side by-side which helps me make an informed decision about who should be contacted first (or not!).

Sometimes it takes awhile before new updates are made but overall this program works well once updated/updated regularly!! There could potentially always need improvement since some things still feel "behind" from other companies out there today like LinkedIn Recruiter etc., however all great programs have their pros & cons just like anything else - sometimes its hard finding what exactly we want specifically vs getting more general info only because those features aren't offered yet at our organization right now until further into 2019 timeframe? Make sure if hiring managers haven’t used leadership connect previously then ask them directly how much experience using similar platforms has helped within past experiences working internally / externally.
