I have not used them and went back to the original Berkey filters. Water purification is too important to trust a filter that some others have said fell apart during installation. (How can that be with a quality filter). The fact that it flows faster than other filters of this type may not be great for a gravity filter (which typically drips slowly). I've had burqa water for so long that I bought it from old Berka himself. Before I slammed these filters, I tried them. and hey guess what. When trying to install the filter, the threaded part fell out before I could hand tighten it. So if I needed it, I couldn't use them. oh yes, back to high quality Berkey filters.
