Fall apart when you take them out of the box - not strong at all
These cotton balls fall apart when taken out of the packaging. They don't hold up well at all. A cotton swab is enough for me to wipe off the eyeliner (with micellar water) but it takes 2 or 3 times because they just fall apart.
