Decent quality product, great seller

I received the cord and it felt good in the hand to hold. The cord is flexible enough and is what I would expect from a cord of this quality, however the 3.5 mm male audio jack bent sideways and broke on me in about two and a half months. It was past the return policy, however I decided to contact NewFantasiaDirect who was very helpful in resolving my issue.
