Terrible product, not happy with the purchase!

Worst headphones of my life! A bunch of nerves from them and no quality.

I didn't think that Sennheiser could let me down like that, but it seems they succeeded. While I return to my old headphones.

- when talking on skype/zoom/discord, they go into a special, non-switchable mode where they reproduce what they hear outside in your ears. Even the smallest noises. Do you want to work in the office or play? Get ready to listen to the rustling of papers, the clatter of pens, hissing and your voice performed by headphones 24/7. It's extremely tedious and, according to what I've googled, won't turn off; - after a while, they began to spontaneously start to "blink" the sound, making it either quieter or louder, and after 10 seconds they completely lost the connection. There is no connection on the computer side, but they are waiting for something . I don’t know how to fix it, and together with the first problem I plan to throw them away or give them to the enemy.
