Too small. It's definitely 22g with 1mm gemstones that will definitely go through my piercing. I can't even use these. The poor caliber and size description should have been a wake-up call, but instead I relied on the reviews to make my decision. It may work for some, but most people need at least 20-18g with 1.5-2mm stones to fit properly, in my opinion. I can't return them so I just spent my money on them. At least they were cheap. I'm sad. :'(**Update: After trying one of these again, I found that the caliber is less of an issue than the gem size. Perhaps when my piercing is fully healed, I can wear them from time to time for more sophisticated ones Appearance. Again this may work for some and not so much for others. Another thing I would like to highlight is that there is a lot of repeating colors and not 20 different colors as I expected. I will change my review from one Changing star to 3 stars to be entirely fair I will update again if anything changes.
