I love that we can set up our own pricing structure instead or having someone else do all this work! The customer service has been great too - they are always quick at responding when there's any questions about how something works (or doesn't).
We've had some issues where things have gone wrong but their support staff really helped us fix those problems quickly so everything was back in order again very soon after contacting them via phone/email etc.. There haven’s anything specific i dislike other than maybe just general complaints like not liking certain features? Maybe if you're looking into using fresh tics then make sure your business needs match what its offering because sometimes people think "it will be able fit my website" which isn;' actually true unless perhaps doing large events only??
