Review on 🐔 Manna Pro Crushed Oyster Shell 5 LB for Egg-Laying Hens by Brandi Stone

I bought these for quail to increase the amount of calcium needed for egg production. there is, but I still mix it in her food every day. The larger ones seem to stick to the bottom of the feeder, but their numbers vary from day to day. It's hard to tell what they eat and what they throw away. I tried grinding them with an electric coffee grinder but it didn't work. It's really hard. I add a little at each feeding, but unless I can find a grinder I doubt I'll buy it again. This caters to chickens which are many times larger than quail so I only downgraded 1 star because I think smaller chickens might have issues with this as well.
