When I received this item it was open with no lid so no one could touch it as it's for my child I don't trust the open. I've also tried returning the item but I need a printer to print the label and I don't have one to get through all the extra stress and I won't be here all day waiting for the driver . Tomorrow I'll just throw it in the trash, I'm very angry
