The toddler hat fits my 16 month old perfectly. It stays put even over her long thick hair. The one for me is a little long on the top and if you aren't careful about placement gives you that Abe Lincoln look. I kind of have to pull mine down and roll it up a little to get it to look good, and with the bow being right there its kind of frustrating.The hats are warm and and so cute and well made.
