This is the best! We have tried and tried so many different products to help him stop snoring. They all failed. We ran a lab test on snoring and it got "epic" results. This was very discouraging for me as I am a very light sleeper and options were running out. We always considered sleeping in different bedrooms, but it was important to us to sleep in the same bed - that was our personal preference. And then one day I thought if I could just stick my head in a soundproof box, everything would be great! And that thought got my wheels turning. So I got out my computer and did a little research! That's how I came across these Hearos Extreme Protection headphones and earbuds. (I'll try to link them to this post). I was nervously waiting for their arrival and was NOT disappointed when they showed up! I trimmed my earbuds to fit my ears, downloaded the White Noise app (I love the sound of brown noise), set everything up and looked forward to falling asleep next to my sweet husband. AND VAL! IT WORKS OUT! I didn't hear a sound from him! No sound! I still think magic is involved in some way, and I'm surprisingly comfortable with it. Because I can sleep next to my epic snoring husband and not hear a sound from him! I was amazed and still do every night! I've been using this combo every night for about 2 months and it's been wonderful. It didn't take long for me to get used to it, which shocked me because I didn't think I could sleep with all of that on my head. But I do it every night with no problems. They are extremely comfortable! It was such a relief for me and such an exciting discovery because I have been with snorers all my life who struggled to sleep. I think at some point I'll buy a bluetooth kit so I don't have to worry about the cable. But right now it doesn't really bother me so I can wait.
