The suitcase itself is quite good and deserves five stars, but selling a travel suitcase in the US market in 2020 without a TSA approved lock is just unforgivable. I bought this based on an incorrect answer to a question that said it had a TSA approved lock. That's definitely not true. The rest is very well done. If they just fix this egregious oversight it will be a 5 star product update. The outer shell material is strong, but the abuse of the TSA and movers can be stronger. I haven't completely broken it yet, but I have a few permanent dents in a few places. The case needs metal reinforcements in the corners.
