I'm a 40" inch waist. I bought this a couple weeks ago because I wanted to see if it will help me slightly reduce my waist size. I just wish they had an XL. I just feel like I'm going to pop the belt open because there isn't enough slack for me to pull it tight without feeling like if I move around it might come off. It definitely does make you sweat. I haven't noticed that much of a difference so far but I've only had it a little less than 2 weeks.
