I was so excited to get this and wanted to use it to adopt 2 new pets for my daughters. However, when assembling it, we saw that it is in no way suitable for our dear darlings. The first problem was the main problem - the wheel wouldn't turn. Of course I have a good size wheel but it sticks to the plastic and gets stuck. If you manage to set it up so it can spin, you will hear a click as the plastic clicks onto the wheel. Both annoying and difficult to use, poor little hamster. You can remove the wheel and turn the plastic cover to close the space. . . but that defeats the purpose of the design. The water bottle is tiny and leaking. The food bowl is tiny too. Maybe our baby is a piglet, but we have to fill it every morning and evening. The handle to pull your baby in and out is so small that my adult hand feels a crunch when I reach for it, let alone trying to get the little guy out. . There should have been a bigger door in the front, but to make it easier we remove the roof every time, which is a bit crazy. Great idea, terrible execution.
