These are the most adorable water shoes for girls you will ever meet! I bought a size 5 (the smallest you can buy) for my 1 year old and I love it so much! I bought a pair for my son and another pair for my daughter specifically for outdoor water parks and river water features and they were amazing. Perfect fit, stylish, breathable and my kids had no problems with blisters. That's so long. It doesn't make them trip or trip, it's more of a nuisance, but for a child wearing shoes that small, you just don't need that length. It looks like a production backlog.
