Order ORIGINAL Waist size and measurements are correct. I'm 5ft 9" so slightly taller but the bottom is still a few inches shorter (which I was expecting based on the photos). It was gorgeous, full just like the picture and is the perfect complement to the skirt. to the corset as seen in some other reviews. I am a serious costume designer and I make my own professional costumes. As a last resort I bought this for lack of time. It was worth the price. You shouldn't expect $100 for $30, but $30 is a good investment in this case. Many Thanks.
