What a joke on Electronic Pets

I bought this for a cat toy. This thing spins so fast it scared my cats away. They finally came to their senses after the battery started dying and then just watched it. It doesn't work on carpet and the battery lasted maybe 1/2 hour. They don't even play with it when I roll it on the floor, they just look at it and leave. What a waste of $8!
