This hose has a curved end that is easy on the wrist for everyday use. The extra length is just what I need for cleaning from the top, bottom and back without being too long so the cleaner doesn't follow you without getting stuck. The hose runs from one side of the car to the other. The best thing is the suction reducer. Because "more power" is better, and vacuum cleaners now have higher suction power, sometimes that's too much. Turn the suction ring so that the "bypass" is open to reduce the suction power. If you need extra instant suction, simply place your finger on the "Bypass" and increase suction. So if you have nuts and bolts with sawdust in between, just open the "bypass" and remove the sawdust without sucking in the nuts and bolts! It's great for business, home, car, computer keyboard, whatever!
