Despite the hype on its protective feature, this "innovative" product fails to deliver on comfort. The hard material and straps dig into my neck and irritate my skin causing an uncomfortable ride. While its presence on my neck gives me a sense of safety, this feels like a cheap, rushed version of something that should be cared about more.
